Role Overview




We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Professional

with strong experience in managing the

end-to end employee lifecycle (hire to retire)

. The ideal candidate will drive HR operational excellence, ensure compliance and deliver a seamless employee experience across all stages of employment.


This is a

mid-level, individual contributor role

requiring strong ownership, process orientation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities




1. Hire to Onboard

Manage the complete onboarding process New Joinee Onboarding, documentation, verification, induction, and HRIS creation Ensure all employee records are complete and compliant before joining Conduct induction sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 readiness

2. HR Data & System Management

Maintain accurate employee data in internal HR systems Regularly audit employee records for accuracy and compliance Manage HR dashboards, reports, and data insights for decision-making

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing Liaise with internal HR/Finance teams to capture all payroll-impacting changes. Validate data inputs from HRIS, time tracking, benefits, and variable inputs (Allowances, bonuses, commissions, etc.). Must verify that all Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) entries are correctly calculated and disbursed within the stipulated timeline. Process monthly salary and Bimonthly Full and Final settlements Timely submission of reports to Finance & Accounts and audit support. Develop, document, and continuously improve payroll management. Oversee the vendor's payroll & compliance, ensuring timely resolution & quality responses within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). Implement internal controls and mitigate risks related to payroll and compliance. Identify gaps, educate and make improvements for smooth functioning. Administer employee benefits such as insurance (GMA/GPA), reimbursements, and claims Handle employee payroll-related queries with accuracy and confidentiality

4. Compliance & Policy Governance

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) Coordinate with internal/external auditors for HR compliance audits Support the implementation of new HR policies and process updates

5. Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee employee confirmation, transfers, and internal movements Manage exit formalities, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and BGV closures Maintain proper documentation for all lifecycle events

6. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve HR operational efficiency Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams for smooth process execution Contribute to HR automation and digitization projects

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services Strong understanding of HRIS systems (HROne, Darwinbox, GreytHR etc.) Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with strong data management and process ownership Must have handled end-to-end Indian payroll activities for at least 700-1000 employees, Consultants & Interns. Hands On knowledge on Statutory compliances, Monthly Remittances, Filings & Returns, Year End activities etc. * Expertise in MS Office & proficiency in G-Suite will be an added advantage.
