We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, HRMS, and employee files.
Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Support statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT).
Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, and exits.
Plan employee engagement and handle queries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (HR/Business preferred).
2-3 years HR generalist/operations experience.
Knowledge of payroll inputs & basic compliances.
Good communication, Excel/Google Sheets skills.
