Work closely with recruitment and sales teams to meet client requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-6+ years
of experience as an HR Generalist (staffing industry preferred)
Prior experience managing or mentoring
Research Analyst / Sourcing teams
Strong knowledge of
Non-IT / IT staffing workflows
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ATS, HRMS,
Excel
, and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in US staffing environment
Understanding of recruitment metrics and compliance
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and people management skills
