Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for junior to mid-level roles
Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements and closures
Manage
offer letters, documentation, background checks
Ensure smooth
joining & induction
for new hires
2. HR Operations
Manage
employee records
, HRMS updates, and documentation
Handle
attendance, leave, and exit formalities
Coordinate
full & final settlements
Support payroll inputs and verify monthly payroll data
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a
first point of contact
for employee HR queries
Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives
Assist in handling
grievances and disciplinary processes
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
4. Performance & Policy Support
Assist in
performance management cycles
(KRA setting, reviews)
Help draft, implement, and communicate
HR policies & SOPs
Ensure consistent application of policies across teams
5. Compliance & Reporting
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws) with vendors
Maintain HR MIS reports (attrition, hiring, attendance, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
HR fundamentals & employee lifecycle
Hands-on experience with
recruitment & HR operations
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HRMS tools
Organized, proactive, and employee-friendly approach
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist
Nice to Have:
Experience in a
fast-growing or start-up environment
Exposure to engagement, learning initiatives, or audits
Basic understanding of Indian labour laws
