We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Life Cycle management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic, and able to drive HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
Handle complete Employee Life Cycle activities
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives
Support Performance Management System (PMS)
Facilitate Learning & Development activities
Conduct Attrition Analysis and HR reporting
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Candidate Profile: Female candidates only
Strong HR Generalist experience across TA & Core HR Excellent communication & presentation skills
Energetic, smart, and presentable personality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
