:
Engagement with on site resources contractual & permanent employees.
To act & resolve on-site issues of labours and labour accommodation.
Responsible to recruit and manage employee and contract workers life cycle
Manage contract labour management, labour documentation, labour payroll management.
Serve as a point of contact for all queries coming from internal employees and contract workers.
Maintain records of employees.
Serve as a point of contact with vendors and administrators.
Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
Oversee the completion of CTC documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Complete exit formalities and interviews.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Handle attendance and administration activities, resolve employee issues
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
