Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions including operations, kitchen, front office, and back-office roles.
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including documentation, induction sessions, and employee familiarization.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and basic conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
Support the payroll process by collating attendance, leave, and overtime data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Candidates from hospitality sector are preferred.
