We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to lead and manage all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning and organization design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees through effective employee orientation programs. Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Manage benefits administration, including health plans, payroll processing via systems like Workday or ADP, and benefits communication to employees. Oversee employee relations by resolving conflicts using conflict management techniques, fostering open communication skills, and maintaining positive workplace morale. Utilize HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, data entry, and workforce management reporting to support strategic planning.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent management, project management, and organizational development. Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment & labor law compliance. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms like Kronos or UltiPro. Demonstrated ability to manage benefits administration, payroll systems (Paychex, Dayforce), and ATS tools (iCIMS, Taleo). Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and foster employee engagement. Prior experience in training & development programs, succession planning initiatives, and affirmative action strategies is highly desirable. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
