Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Maintain talent pipelines and update job postings across platforms

HR Operations



Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration Manage performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities Address employee grievances and support a positive working environment

Administration



Manage office facilities and ensure compliance with safety and administrative standards Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, and administration
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
