Job Description

. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating hiring decisions.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and physical files. Manage HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, promotion letters, experience letters, etc.). Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions) and coordinate with the finance/payroll team.

. Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance appraisal cycle.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
