Seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, calling, interview coordination, and campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct telephonic screening & schedule interviews.
Plan and execute campus recruitment & build relations with placement cells.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring trackers.
Support onboarding, documentation & offer letter process.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with internship can apply).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed).
Ability to manage bulk hiring and meet timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,004.57 - ?32,055.58 per month
