We are looking for a

Senior HR Executive

to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including

recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and generalist activities

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

Recruitment

,

PF, ESI, challan processing

, and other statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Oversee

HR operations

such as payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records. Handle

PF, ESI, challan filings

, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements:

MBA.

5+ years of HR experience

in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
