Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution
Support performance appraisal and training programs
Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements
