HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various legal and non-legal positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding & documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Employee Engagement & Administration
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth office administration and support daily HR functions.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Compliance & Policies
Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment tools, and basic compliance.
Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
