We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and coordinate other deparment. This position is ideal for candidates at an early stage of their HR career who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support statutory compliance documentation
Handle HR correspondence, letters, and reports (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations)
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-1 year experience in HR or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
