HR EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

No of openings: - 05 Work Timing: - 9:15 am to 6:30 pm Location: - Jayashree spun bond (Office) Candidate: - Female only

Qualification:

MSW / MBA with HR specialization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

o Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

o Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

o Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

o Implement performance review procedures.

o Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

o Oversee daily operations of all departments.

o Handle compliance related enquiries such as PF, Medical Insurance, H&S etc.

o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

o Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

o Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

o Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

o Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

o Good communication skills and people skills.

Package:

o CTC: Rs 3 LPA - 6 LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency. It will be negotiable for the candidates from reputed colleges/B schools.
