Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment (70%)



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for

Blue Collar, IT, AI, and Manufacturing

roles. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.). Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing business requirements. Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Operations (20%)



Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling. Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

ISO & Compliance (10%)



Assist in maintaining HR-related ISO documentation and audits. Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR standards.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure. Hands-on experience in blue-collar and technical hiring. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR operations and ISO documentation preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
