Operations (20%)
Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
ISO & Compliance (10%)
Assist in maintaining HR-related ISO documentation and audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure.
Hands-on experience in blue-collar and technical hiring.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR operations and ISO documentation preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
