Established in 2011, Gruham Developers has grown to become a leading player in the real estate industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, HR management, and all other related HR activities for Gruham Developers. The Human Resources Executive will be based out of our Surat office. Qualifications Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR) Understanding of relevant HR laws and regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience Must be 0-1 Year
