Our primary focus is on services that solve technical problems to enhance the digital presence of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and Cold calling. The day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees, creating and updating HR policies, and managing employee relations and benefits. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for ensuring HR compliance and maintaining accurate records of all HR activities. Qualifications Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Fluence in English is compulsory. Need to talk with clients. Handling a Business development executive.
