Role Description-
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at MNC Company in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for implementing human resources initiatives, policies, and practices, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage HR records and compliance documentation.
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
