Our suite enables businesses to run their administrative work on autopilot, while focusing on growing their business. We help automate recruitment, track attendance, manage leaves, and process payroll, among other operations. Role Description This is a full-time HR Executive role that is based on-site in Surat. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, recruitment, and payroll. The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring that HR processes align with organizational objectives and goals. Qualifications Strong HR management and HR operations knowledge Experience with employee relations and HR policies Expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with Payroll Management and Employee Data Management software
