We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Executive to join our Shirpur office. The role requires at least 1 year of prior experience in recruitment or HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and supporting overall HR functions at the office level.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and local networks.
- Screen and schedule interviews as per requirements.
- Maintain candidate tracker and update status daily.
- Collect and verify documents of selected candidates.
- Assist in preparing offer, appointment, and joining letters.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS.
- Support employee engagement activities and induction programs.
- Handle office-level HR queries and coordinate with HR Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Number of positions closed per month.
- Average time taken to close positions.
- Interview-to-joining conversion ratio.
- Accuracy of employee documentation and BGC.
- Daily updates of candidate tracker without delays.
- Effective maintenance of attendance and leave records.
- Positive feedback from reporting manager and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable with MS Office and basic HR tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
