We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to coordinate with various departments to fulfill recruitment needs, monitor employee performance, and design engaging employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have some relevant HR experience but will not be a fresher or an overly experienced professional, to align with our salary structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and source suitable candidates for specific roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Monitor performance and work closely with department supervisors to address performance improvement needs.
Develop and execute employee engagement activities and programs to improve morale and retention.
Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers not eligible).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and aligned to company budget.
