Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment process
- job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support
employee onboarding and documentation
activities.
Maintain and update
employee records and HR database
.
Help organize
employee engagement programs
and office events.
Coordinate with team leads for
attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
.
Assist in preparing
HR letters, reports, and presentations
.
Support HR team in daily
administrative and operational tasks
.
Ensure
compliance with company policies
and HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
4-6 months of basic HR experience (internship or junior role preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR software or tools (added advantage).
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.
