Job Summary
Read Market Research is looking for a proactive and dedicated
HR Executive (HR & Operations)
to support
recruitment activities and core HR operations
in a fully remote setup. This role is ideal for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in HR within a fast-growing market research company.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with external recruiters and job platforms to identify and attract candidates for research, sales, and support roles.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles.
Write and update job descriptions based on internal requirements.
Schedule and conduct phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Actively use social media and job portals to source candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates for updates.
HR Administration
Manage and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
Coordinate and track employee leave (casual, sick, earned, etc.).
Support team managers with performance management documentation and follow-ups.
Keep employee records updated in HR systems.
Conduct basic employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Help prepare reports for internal use (onboarding status, attrition, leaves, etc.).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business, or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and interest in recruitment.
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed setup.
Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning HR practices.
Knowledge of recruitment tools like job portals or LinkedIn is a plus.
