. This role supports end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and remote coordination with field teams.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for technical roles using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines.
Handle digital onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance remotely.
Communicate with project teams using Zoom, Slack, or WhatsApp.
Assist in employee engagement and HR policy adherence.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience
Strong communication & remote coordination skills
Familiarity with construction roles is a plus
Bonus Skills:
Experience with remote hiring tools
Background in project-based/technical recruitment
