Handle end-to-end recruitment for store staff and support functions.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
Ensure onboarding, documentation, and file management.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Assist in handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support performance monitoring and discipline management.
Maintain HR reports and coordinate with store management for manpower needs.
