Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.* Source at least 80-100 candidate profiles per month through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.* Shortlist and screen 25-30 candidates per week to ensure a strong interview pipeline.* Conduct 10-15 interviews weekly (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face) to meet client requirements.* Ensure a minimum of 5-8 selections per month, depending on client mandates.* Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.* Coordinate with clients to understand job specifications and deliver suitable talent within agreed timelines.* Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and continuous follow-up with candidates.* Participate in business development activities, ensuring at least 2-3 new client interactions per week.* Promote the company's recruitment services to potential clients, achieving monthly sales/revenue targets alongside recruitment goals.*
