Mumbai Foodie is a digital food publication creating original content by exploring and recommending, filming and writing about the best things to eat and drink via Instagram. Through restaurant reviews, interviews, collabs, pop-ups and more, over the years Mumbai Foodie has become a guide to the F&B scene of the city.
What will you work on?
1) End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire hiring lifecycle - from understanding role requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across various levels, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' availability.
2) Stakeholder & Candidate Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders for interview scheduling, gathering post-interview feedback, and keeping candidates informed at every stage.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and department leads to align on role expectations, timelines, and hiring plans.
3) Process Management & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics.
  • Support in drafting and updating job descriptions and publishing them on relevant platforms.
4) Onboarding Coordination:
  • Work closely with HR and other internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Assist in collecting required documentation and initiating pre-joining formalities.
5) Reporting & Insights:
  • Share periodic recruitment updates with HR leads and relevant stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
  • 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and basic recruitment tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing timelines and follow-ups.
