Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for all functions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance reviews, promotions, and career development processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
Liaise with finance for payroll inputs and benefits administration.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.
Serve as the point of contact for all employee-related queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership or senior executive role.
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices Payroll Management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
