We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
who can independently manage
end-to-end HR activities
. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, attendance Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, sales, marketing, and support roles
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule interviews and manage the selection process
Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities
2. Payroll & Attendance
Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives
Assist in performance management processes
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Maintain a positive and professional work culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESI, and labor laws
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (preferred)
