People & Compliance Management
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of counselors, trainers, and support staff
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Staff performance tracking and appraisals
Employee onboarding and training coordination
Maintain HR records and policies
Handle staff grievances and discipline.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience (education/training institute preferred)
