About the Role

ARISE is hiring a

Human Resources Executive

on behalf of one of our reputed client companies. The selected candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, employee management, and recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Areas of Responsibility

I. Strategic Talent Acquisition

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Sourcing Excellence: Leverage professional networks, premium job boards, and social media ecosystems to identify and attract top-tier technical trainers and administrative talent.

Screening & Logistics: Conduct rigorous preliminary assessments and coordinate complex interview schedules to maintain a high standard of quality in our hiring pipeline.

II. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the professional induction of new hires, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision from day one.

Operational Oversight: Manage attendance systems, leave records, and the nuances of daily HR data to facilitate precise payroll coordination.

Exit Formalities: Conduct dignified and professional offboarding processes and exit interviews.

III. Employee Relations & Engagement

Policy Advocacy: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for the team regarding HR frameworks, company protocols, and ethical standards.

Culture Stewardship: Conceptualize and spearhead engagement initiatives designed to bolster morale and foster a high-performance work environment.

Internal Liaison: Act as a vital communication bridge between the staff and senior leadership at Right Ladder Technologies.

IV. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

Professional Correspondence: Author high-standard corporate documents, including Letters of Intent, Appointment Letters, and Experience Certificates.

Records Management: Ensure all statutory and personnel documentation is maintained with the highest degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

Academic Credentials: A University Degree in Human Resources, BBA, MBA, or a related discipline.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional etiquette.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and familiarity with digital HR tools.

Core Competencies: Exemplary interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate a multitasking environment, and an unwavering commitment to professional integrity.
