Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures Assist in training and development activities Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Good organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proficiency in Advance Excel / HRMS software Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
