Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per manpower requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reports
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team
