The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of HR policies and processes to ensure smooth workforce management across The Raigad Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary processes
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Support audits and statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.)
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs
Performance Management & Training:
Support performance appraisal processes
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
