The HR Executive will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination, documentation skills, and employee-handling capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection process
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Handle confirmation, increment, promotion, and exit formalities
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
3. Payroll & Attendance Coordination
Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for timely salary processing
Ensure accuracy in payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory compliance
4. Statutory Compliance
Assist in compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Laws
Maintain statutory registers and documentation
Support audits and inspections when required
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Assist in performance appraisal coordination
Handle grievance redressal at preliminary level
Promote positive workplace culture and discipline
6. HR Administration
Draft HR letters, circulars, notices, and internal communications
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
Support HR policies and SOP implementation
Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
