Role Description
We are hiring a full time Human Resources Executive to own and execute core HR functions across the organization. This role goes beyond administrative HR. You will actively drive recruitment, strengthen employee relations, implement HR policies, and support a high performance culture. You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure people processes scale with the business while remaining compliant and people centric.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, structured, and comfortable operating with ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
Handle day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, concerns, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal standards
Support performance management, feedback cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and team scaling
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting using HR systems and tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment and hiring for technical and non technical roles
Strong understanding of employee relations and HR policy implementation
Solid knowledge of core HR principles, processes, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with HR tools, ATS, or HRMS platforms is a plus
