HR Executive
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end
recruitment & talent acquisition
Build and implement
HR policies & processes
Maintain strong
employee relations
Manage onboarding, performance reviews, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate with leadership to support a healthy workplace culture
Required Experience:
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate
industry
Strong understanding of hiring for technical + creative roles (designers, project managers, site supervisors, etc.)
