Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource Executive to join our team and support HR operations across the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of our HR Manager and collaborate closely with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately Assist in payroll processing, performance appraisal cycles, and HR reporting Support employee engagement initiatives, training programmes, and internal communications Ensure compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and HR best practices Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve workplace issues professionally

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Passion for people management, employee engagement, and organisational development Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement is an advantage
