HR Executive - Navi Mumbai / Chandigarh Office
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant field
Requires special training, experience and expertise on various HR standards and implementations.
This position is for our India office (Vashi and Chandigarh) and position designed to support the
company HR and attendance / Leave and Payroll System.Need Proven 3-4 Years of experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Prior experience working with HRM Software
Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle
Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
Efficiency in time management
Must have leadership skills and work ethics
Mandatory HR SkillsetMaintaining employee records in HRMS including Leave / attendance
Recruitment of new talents / On boarding process
Performance appraisals of all Employees
Training and development
Maintaining employee relationships
Payroll processing
Human resource planning
Maintaining Work Culture in company by hiring right candidate for Right Roles.
Provide counselling on policies and procedures for Company related to HR and labor related issues
Enforcing company policies and practices
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance

Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company

Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
