Conducting end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding, facilitating joining formalities, facilitating background checks for employees, and acting as POC for consultants
2. Leave, attendance, and records:
Keeping track of attendance and leaves, handling HRMS and documentation procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
3. Compensation & benefits:
Handling finance-related queries, and handling requirements from finance team.
4. HR administration and management:
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees, preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance, handling all employee inquiries & grievances, compliance adherence, and planning and organizing events
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR executive
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with HR software and documentation procedures
Should experience of handling end-to-end recruitment
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and employee engagement is an added advantage
