Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Executive (Male) to lead and manage all aspects of HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management systems and HR best practices to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Duties



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors Manage employee orientation, evaluation, performance management, training & development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and manage HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Paychex for accurate data entry and reporting Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making Manage HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding Oversee payroll processing using systems such as Paylocity or Dayforce and ensure accurate contract administration Facilitate succession planning and talent management initiatives to support long-term organizational growth

Requirements



Proven experience in human resources management with comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, and employee relations Experience with project management tools and platforms such as Lever or Kronos is preferred Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus Physical ability to perform administrative tasks involving data collection, data entry, and documentation

Pay: ?53,691.30 - ?64,660.49 per year
