Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to support career development and organizational stability.
Facilitate change management initiatives by developing strategic plans for organizational design and workforce management improvements.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Support training & development programs by coordinating workshops and professional growth opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
Experience
