Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave registers at the plant.
Support the
Head Office HR team
with administrative and daily HR operations.
Assist in documentation, offer letters, and compliance-related work.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and maintain a positive work environment at the plant.
Coordinate between plant and Head Office for payroll inputs, attendance, and employee queries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (prior experience in cosmetic or derma industry).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
