Position Overview:

We are looking for a

passionate and enthusiastic female HR professional

with

6 months to 2 years of experience

in

recruitment and employee engagement

. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in talent management and people culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining experience. Support employee engagement activities and people culture initiatives. Maintain candidate and employee records in HR systems. Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment drives. Contribute creative ideas to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of HR experience

(especially in recruitment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for people management, culture building, and teamwork. Post's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,272.12 - ₹15,000.00 per month
