The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing key day-to-day HR operations and supporting the
Human Resource Manager in implementing policies, processes, and compliance requirements. The role involves
payroll management, recruitment support, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the
organization.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and
onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
Support induction, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
MBA in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management (preferably in the non-profit or social impact
sector).
Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, etc.
Proven experience in payroll and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-state organizational setup.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
