HR Executive

to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our

new office at Kozhikode, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation. Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and training initiatives. Foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the

IT or software development sector

. Strong understanding of technical hiring and IT roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software tools.
