Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain HR records and candidate databases
Assist in onboarding and documentation process
Support daily HR activities and reports
Coordinate with team members and candidates via email and calls
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
