Specifically, the HR Executive will: Recruit and screen job applicants; negotiate salaries, prepare offer letters to new hires. Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process. Conduct onboarding and orientation of new hires. Assist the Global HCM in administering the Performance Review process, including appraisals, goal setting, PIPs, etc. Administer the compensation and benefits program; oversee external benchmarking efforts, e.g., Deloitte. Maintain the India Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with both HG policies and local laws and regulations. Coordinates in preparation of monthly payroll and statutory compliances. Administer the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and settle their final payouts. Utilize HRMS tools such as GreyTHr to maintain employee records and produce reports. Partner with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other requirements. Managing employee relations & conduct employee engagement activities. Conducting activities towards Corporate Social Responsibility. Assisting with employees\' queries and grievances. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization and foster a welcoming and safe working environment. Stay up to date with legal changes and new regulations in HR policy and advise the HCM Director with recommended actions. Ensure that Henson Group complies with all laws, regulations, and standards. Handling other HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 5 years\' experience working in HR, ideally as a Generalist. MBA in HR along with relevant experience. Global and cultural sensitivity. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking. Self-starter and result oriented. Confident when dealing with ambiguity. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization. Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting. Should have good knowledge of MS office. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations Hands on experience on Greythr will be preferred.
